Relocating from Brazil to Australia tested my adaptability and cross-cultural intelligence. Today, not only do I manage diverse teams across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea, but I also actively shape the Australia-Brazil commercial relationship as the Victoria Director at the ABCC, engaging with the business community to strengthen international networks.
